Yesterday it was an early dinner again after a relaxing day in and out of the thermal tub, and sleeping it off!!!

We went into Simav for pide,

which I incorrectly typed as pita (since corrected), last week.  Sami sure knows the spots for the best food.

Pide is what I would call Turkish pizza.  It's served with a plate of fresh arugula and tomatoes.  You place some arugula on a piece of pida and roll it.  Mmmmmm delicious.

The young men working in the restaurant were more than happy to have me come into the kitchen to take picture, even posing for more than I really wanted.
