Today, Thursday, I had breakfast on my terrace - my usual, warm freshly baked Simit (Turkish Bagel???),  farm butter,  honey and cinnamon, some cheese bought in Simav, and coffee.  I always travel with my own coffee, filters, and a Melitta cone.  Later in the day I have Turkish tea and Turkish coffee.


Directly across the road I buy the fresh warm bread.  Honestly, it's not much further than  going to my kitchen from the bedroom at home.  And, I can tell you there is no freshly baked bread in my kitchen.
