Friday, Sadiye prepared Borek the traditional way.  I took a video to show you.  It appears that I cannot load this video.  Will try to get help and do it another day.

The meal that she prepared was delicious.  Most everything was homemade or from the village cows and chicks!    Remember, you may click to enlarge any photo.

This was completely vegetarian.

We made plans with Sami and Semin to go to thermal spa for four days next week.  We will leave early Wednesday morning.  I am really excited about it.  I will also have internet there - woohoo.
